Features

Material

Standard long reach boom uses Q345B steel (equivalent to S355 steel in Europe)
Heavy duty long reach (excavator tonnage above 40ton) uses Q690D steel for top and bottom sections (equivalent to S690QL steel in Europe) with Q340B steel for other components

Internal Structure

Reinforced with vertical and horizontal plates at regular intervals for maximum strength and durability.

Precision Manufacturing

All steel plates are beveled by beveling machine before welding to ensure perfect fit and maximum weld strength.

Welding Process

Welded with mixed gas (80% argon, 20% carbon dioxide) for optimal weld quality
Precision robotic welding ensures consistent, high-quality welds throughout the structure
